Work is progressing well on site at Parkstile with some of the roof trusses now going on.

Alf Plant Achieves Conservation Architect Status.
Alf successfully upgrades his status on the RIBA Conservation Register, achieving Conservation Architect (CA) status. Alf was able to demonstrate his extensive experience in this specialist field, through a series of documentation including case studies in order to achieve this advancement in his accreditation.

Construction has started on site at the Gaer, a development of 39 apartments and community hub for older people in Newport, South Wales.

Hope Health Centre is completed
Hope Health Centre, which provides health facilities for the Flintshire villages of Hope and Caergwrle, has been completed and is due to open to the public next week.

Our affordable housing scheme at Maelor Place, Ruabon for Wales and West Housing Association has recently been completed by R.L. Davies Construction and has been awarded an LABC 2016 Award.

The Landscape Institute, From Chartership to Becoming a Mentor
Mike Pittman passed the Chartership exam in November 2014 after a year, and is now mentoring a candidate and The Landscape Institute have published a news article about his progress.

Specially designed Bodenham bungalows handed over
Two new shared ownership bungalows for Stonewater Housing Association have been completed and handed over. The bungalows have been designed to allow a young man with a rare neurological condition to live independently of his parents in the next door bungalow.

Post 16 Education Centre - "Deeside 6" progressing well
Work on site at Coleg Cambria’s Post 16 Education Centre, now officially known as ‘Deeside Sixth,’ is progressing well.
