Post 16 Education Centre receives Funding Approval
The Post 16 Education Centre in Connah’s Quay has received funding approval from Welsh Government and is due to start on site shortly. Jointly developed by Coleg Cambria and Flintshire County Council, the new £14 million centre will cater for 700 students.

Planning Permission is granted for the Hafod Y Gest Extra Care Scheme in Porthmadog
An £8.5 million scheme for Grŵp Cynefin and Gwynedd Council in Porthmadog has been granted planning permission, providing 40 one and two bed extra care apartments and communal facilities.

Area Primary School in Gwynedd receives Planning Consent
The proposed new area school for Groeslon, Carmel and Y Fron has been granted Planning Approval. The new school extends an existing Victorian school building to provide modern facilties for 180 primary age pupils.

Leonie & Gethin Curate Eisteddfod Architecture Exhibition

Hope Primary Care Resource Centre is submitted for Planning Approval
The new Primary Care Resource Centre providing much needed health facilities for the villages of Hope and Caergwrle in Flintshire has been submitted for Planning Approval. The project is being developed with Castlemead for Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.
