We’re very pleased to have obtained planning consent to convert a large dwelling house in Caldy, Wirral into three luxurious apartments. The apartments range between 1650sqft – 1800sqft and will be finished to a high specification, appropriate for the very sought after area. Building works is due to start on site in the late summer.
