Coleg Cambria’s new Post 16 Education Centre in Connah’s Quay has been granted funding approval from Welsh Government and is due to start on site shortly. The £14 million project forms part of Flintshire County Council’s 21st Century Schools Programme and will cater for up to 700 A-Level students. Local contractors Wynne Construction have been appointed to build the project, which is due to open in September 2016.
