Ainsley Gommon Architects

The affordable housing development at Cae Gafna in Gwernaffield has been successfully awarded the Best Social / Affordable Housing Development in North Wales at the Local Authority Building Control Awards, following a win in the Flintshire category. Constructed by local Contractor Lovell for Pennaf Housing Group, the development of five new family homes designed in the local village vernacular make use of an infill plot of land within the heart of the village.

Following the win the scheme will now be put forward for the national awards later in the year.
