A development of five affordable homes in the village of Gwernaffield near Mold has been handed over to Pennaf Housing Group. Built by local contractors Lovell, the development consists of three and four bedroom properties providing much needed accommodation for local people.
Located on an infill site within the centre of the village, the homes take inspiration from the local traditions of the area with materials such as the stone walling chosen to complement the surrounding context.
