Construction works have commenced at the Shones Lane project in Llay, Wrexham. This development involves the demolition of the former Co-op store and the construction of four supported living apartments for individuals with mental health and learning disabilities.
The project is a collaborative effort with First Choice Housing Association and Wrexham Council. Paveaways has been appointed as the contractor and has begun initial works on site.
The new development will provide essential supported living accommodation, contributing to the provision of specialist housing in the Llay community.
