We are excited to share that construction works have began at 3-5 Bold Street and 14-20 Bold Street to restore the historic shop frontages in a Conservation Area.
Ainsley Gommon’s involvement has been post-planning to create a working drawing package for construction works and to deal with the planning conditions and building regulations application. We are also acting as Contract Administrator for this project which will see the listed buildings brought back into use.
