We are excited to share that construction works have began at 42-50 Nevill Street, Southport Town Centre.
The project involves the restoration of an art deco building which has been left in a state of disrepair for a number of years. The project will breathe new life into the building and will see the upper floors converted into apartments whilst the ground floor units will be fitted out as commercial units.
