We are very pleased to have received Listed Building Consent and Planning Consent for the conversion of Grade II Listed 58a Hope Street, Wrexham City Centre. We have previously carried out works to the other two thirds of the building (number 58) to transform the shop frontage into its former glory and convert the upper floors to apartments. Number 59 has also received the same treatment and the works are currently on site for this building to give it a new shop frontage and convert the upper floors to residential.
This now forms the third project we have had the pleasure to work on along this street and we continue to work with local businesses and Wrexham Council to deliver high quality conversions in the area.
