We are delighted to announce our over 55’s older person apartments for Adra in Pwllheli town centre has recently been handed over. The project is located on Gwynedd Council’s old Frondeg site. The u-shaped plan has been designed in keeping with the scale and massing of the former building on a tight urban site.

The development consists of 28 self-contained affordable one and two bed rented extra care apartments with communal facilities. The scheme was completed by OBR Construction. The main elevational treatments are stone and render, with metal cladding to break up the massing.
