Ainsley Gommon Architects are delighted to announce that we became an employee-owned practice on 31 March 2023, when we established an Employee Ownership Trust that now holds 100% of the company’s share capital for the benefit of our employees.
We continue to serve our clients as before, and the Directors of Ainsley Gommon Architects remain largely the same, but our move to Employee Ownership enhances the opportunities for employees to develop their careers within the practice.
With this in mind, we are pleased to announce the promotion of four of our senior employees, in recognition of their skills, dedication and future roles in the practice.
Maurice Garnett, Senior Architectural Technologist and Energy Assessor, has been promoted from Associate to become our new Technical Director.
Arwyn Lloyd, Architect, has been promoted from Associate to become our new Associate Director.
Rachel Johnston, Architect, and Tom McEvoy, Architectural Technologist, have both been promoted to take on new roles as Associates.
This is an exciting new era for the practice, and we look forward to a happy and successful future, working collaboratively with our clients and consultant partners.
