We are delighted to share that works are nearing completion at our residential development with Lovell in Cockermouth. This development will consist of 217 homes when complete. We worked in partnership to design a new suite of 18 house types for the scheme with a a mix of affordable rent, intermediate/shared ownership and open market units. These vary in size from 2 bed 4 person units up to 5 bed 10 person detached properties. As the scheme nears completion, the streetscape design begins to come together to realise the overall vision for the site.
