We are delighted to share these construction photos explaining our semi independent living village and shared house project at the former factory site Gorseinon, which has been produced for First Choice Housing Association. The modular apartments (Swn Y Coed) consist of 4 units and a staff overnight hub, the shared house (Cân Yr Adar) will provide 4 bedrooms with communal kitchen, dining and living areas that will provide amenity space for staff and tenants. Designed to respond to an identified housing need for individuals with complex health needs and a range of physical disabilities. Constructed offsite using Modern Methods of Construction, the project is progressing well on site and will be completed later in the year.
