Planning approval has been granted for our development of 54 older persons apartments at Bay View Road in Colwyn Bay. Working with Wales and West Housing Association, the scheme provides a mix of one and two bedroom apartments, designed to Welsh Government Development Quality Requirements and Lifetime Homes Standards for future adaptability.
