The Operation and Maintenance Facility for the Triton Knoll Wind Farm in Grimsby has recently been completed by Main Contractor Tolent. The building will provide the long term regional home for a team of skilled technicians and support staff, responsible for maintaining the offshore wind farm for the next 25 years. We provided Concept and Detailed design proposals supported by an NBS specification and room data sheets which allowed the scheme to be tendered on a Design and Build Contract.

This is our third building of this type, following the Gwynt Y Môr Wind Farm Control Building at the Port of Mostyn, Flintshire, in 2015, and the Operations and Maintenance Base at Harwich International Port in 2019.
