We are delighted to receive Planning Approval for our scheme of 45 older persons residential apartments, community hub facility and associated works at Treberth Crescent, Newport. The scheme has been developed with Pobl Group and Derwen Cymru and provides much needed affordable housing as well as community facilities for the residents and other Derwen tenants living within the wider area.
