Our affordable housing scheme in Newport for Derwen Cymru, an association dedicated to housing people over the age of 55, has been successfully handed over. The development is Derwen Cymru’s first completed development, providing a total of 17 apartments and one bungalow and has been constructed by local contractors Jehu Group.
