Our scheme The Mitre Street Project, Burnley for Calico Group, recently submitted for planning, makes front page news in the local news paper.

The state of the art 30 bedroom residential project will provide much needed accommodation to house Burnley’s homeless. The proposals will provide a flexible but bespoke response to the needs of the rough sleepers, with supporting facilities, training areas, multi-purpose rooms, private external space and medical provision, in a modern light and accessible building, providing an innovative carefully planned scheme that will positively impact on both individuals and the local community. For more information please visit our project page “here”.
