The affordable housing scheme at Maelor Place of 19 new houses, flats and bungalows for Wales and West Housing Association and Wrexham County Borough Council is progressing well on site. Located at the heart of Ruabon, the development reflects the local built form and uses a palette of building materials that complements the local vernacular. Constructed by R.L.Davies Construction, the work started on site during the summer 2014 and a phased handover is planned for October 2015 onwards.
