Planning Approval has been granted for a new extra care scheme in Porthmadog, for Grŵp Cynefin in partnership with Gwynedd Council. The project provides 40 one and two bed apartments and a range of communal facilities on a centrally located site within the town. Grŵp Cynefin aims to start on site during the Winter 2015.
