The Llys Jasmine Extra Care and Dementia scheme in Mold has been awarded the North Wales Overall Best Social / Affordable Development at the LABC North Wales Awards Ceremony held at St David’s Park Ewloe. The ground breaking scheme has been developed with Wales and West Housing Association and built by Anywl Construction, providing 45 purpose built extra care apartments and 15 specialist flats for older people with dementia. The project will now be entered into the national awards held in London in November.
Llys Jasmine was also one of six schemes shortlisted nationally for the Development of the Year (large schemes) at the UK Housing Awards held in London on the 29th April 2014.
