Following Ainsley Gommon’s achievement of a Bronze Award in 2011, the Practice has been successful in raising their Investor In People status to a Silver Level at their recent assessment. After a series of interviews with members of staff, Investors In People Assessor John Spitz, pictured centrally above with Neil McGill and Steve Geary, said:
“The Practice is an innovative and forward thinking organisation that demonstrated that it fully embraced new initiatives and ideas and, without doubt, was fully ‘living its values’ of providing quality, consistency and added value for its clients. The IIP Specialist found Ainsley Gommon Architects a very open and receptive Practice, willing to listen and learn from the IIP findings and The IIP Specialist looks forward to, at some point in the future, returning to measure improvement and potentially recommend Gold status”.
