The scheme of 26 new shared ownership homes, developed alongside Riverside Housing Association, was awarded the Best Affordable Property 2013, after being judged on categories that included design and finish, use of space, quality of work and materials, environmental consideration, green space and value for money. The development is located within the historic village of Bromborough Pool, a Victorian model industrial village and conservation area containing 49 Grade II Listed Buildings.
