The scheme has been developed with Castlemead Developments and Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board and brings together a number of Health Care and Community Facilities within the umbrella of a single building.
This much needed facility will provide a GP Practice, consulting rooms and administration space for Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board. The building will also house a Dental Practice and provide accommodation for the local community group the Caia Park Partnership.
The scheme is due to start on site in early 2013.
