The £8 million Tan Y Fron mixed-use development in Llandudno for Pennaf Housing Group has started on site. The development includes 46 extra-care apartments and communal facilities, a health and social care facility for Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board and Conwy County Borough Council, and the extension and improvements to the existing Ty Llewelyn Community Centre. Principal Contractor Galliford Try have commenced work with the demolition of the derelict Council blocks to clear the site ready for the new building, which will play an important part in regenerating this part of Llandudno.
