Ainsley Gommon Architects

Originally built in 1860, the proposals will enable St. Anselms to relocate their current sixth form facilities within the building and accommodate the main college Library used by all years in the College.

The general condition of the property is very good with many of the existing interiors still intact. The proposals include a series of refurbishment, repair and replacement works to the existing fabric of the building including re-roofing and replacing windows and doors. The majority of the house will become classrooms and associated staff areas whilst the basement will be opened up to house the library facilities.
