Development Overview
New housing completed as an extension to the existing Stad y Felin estate in Bryn Du, Llanfaelog, Anglesey. This scheme was delivered for Grŵp Cynefin housing association, working in partnership with the Ynys Mon and the Welsh Government.
The eight social rent houses include four two-bed bungalows, three two-bed houses and one four-bed house with secure gardens and off-street parking responding directly to the local need for a variety of high quality, affordable homes.
Constructed by Gareth Morris Construction Ltd the new dwellings incorporated modern methods of construction, along with solar panels, an air source heat pump and being insulated to a high standard of energy efficiency to achieve an EPC ‘A’ rating and help keep tenants’ energy bills low.
