Development Overview
New housing completed at the former old garages site at Princess Avenue, Buckley for Clwyd Alyn Housing Association in partnership with Flintshire County Council and the Welsh Government.
The development of 12 new affordable homes consisting of 10 one and two bed walk-up apartments and 2 affordable three bed houses for local people. The scheme was built by Gareth Morris Construction using natural, sustainable materials and greener technologies making them energy efficient and lowering energy bills for the new tenants.
